There are currently four (yes, four!) active generations in the workplace. Spanning seven decades, workers range in age from 18 to 70. That means there are many different mindsets when it comes to work, values and what they want in a career.

Baby Boomers were born in the years following World War II, classified from 1946-1964. Generation X comes next, between the years 1965-1980.
